Kim Culligan, LAc
Kim (she/her) is an NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist. She is skilled in treating a wide variety of conditions but has developed a special interest in orthopedic pain, sports related injuries, women's health conditions, and stress related symptoms.
Education: In 2013, Kim earned a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM) from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, which remains one of the most respected schools for Chinese Medicine in the US. She also holds a Masters in Teaching and a Bachelors in English.
Certification & Licensure: Nationally board certified by NCCAOM and licensed in the state of Oregon
Professional Growth: Kim is constantly looking to expand her skill set. In addition to continuing her education as an herbalist, she has completed and continues to pursue post-graduate courses through the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification program, which is an extensive orthopedic/sports acupuncture training program.
Personal: Kim recently relocated to Eugene with her family and opened Birdsong Acupuncture. Previously, she practiced in Portland, Oregon and in the Dominican Republic. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and swimming with her husband and three young children. She is a yoga practitioner, an avid reader, and a volunteer with CASA of Eugene.
